Présentation Ancien restaurant Au Cygne, Gundershoffen :

Bâtiment datant de 1852, d'après l'inscription sur le poteau cornier de l'étage, indiquant "Iacob Schlichtel und Katarina Staub 1852" ainsi qu'un pichet gravé.
Construit en grès, moellon sans chaîne en pierre de taille, enduit, bois et pan de bois, comprenant un sous sol, et un étage carré.
Le logis est en angle de rue, l'ensemble a été restauré.
